Silver Squad
Silver is our developing junior competitive squad, targeting swimmers under 13, focusing on advanced race technique, skills and performance at State Junior competitive level. This program combines pool and dry land training for further growing the athleticism of the young swimmers. Swimmers have made a commitment to swim at least three times a week (recommended four+ sessions, for further advancement). Swimmers and parents will be advised by the Silver Coaches as to the number of sessions required for further growth.
Swimmers must swim under at least 2 of the below 50m times and below 1 of the 100m times in an official competition to join Silver Squad:

Equipment Required: Goggles, Swimming Cap, Short Fins, Snorkel, Hand paddles, kit bag, Water Bottle. (Closed-toe shoes for dryland)
